We are looking to recruit an Architect initially on a full time permanent contract.

The role will be involved in the delivery a variety of projects in both type and scale for several of our higher education and public sector clients.  These projects will vary in size from £100k up to £5m and include refurbishments and extensions, as well as new build.

Whilst all employees are currently working from home, when the time comes, the roles can be based in the following locations dependent on the preference of the successful candidate; Northwest Kent (we are currently looking to secure new premises), or London (Vauxhall).

What are we looking for?

  • Part III-qualified ARB registered architect with experience of leading, managing and coordinating a small team through all RIBA stages.
  • Experience of BIM Level 2 projects
  • Excellent CAD skills – Autocad (essential) and Revit (preferred).
  • Extensive experience working with high-profile clients on new build and refurbishment projects up to 5m, ideally in the Higher Education (HE), and Healthcare sectors. 
  • Work within an architectural team and in conjunction with multi-disciplinary consultant teams on multiple projects simultaneously across design and delivery stages.
  • Review as well as produce concept, planning and technical drawings and specifications.
  • Contract administration, fee forecasting and invoicing experience.
  • Client facing with demonstrable experience of coordinating clients, stakeholders and contractors.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to encourage and inspire success in others.
