As principal designers and CDM advisors, Fulkers Bailey Russell will advise a client at all stages of the project, to ensure they comply with their duties under CDM 2015.
Our specialist team will ensure that duty holders comply with CDM 2015 at all stages and will co-ordinate the design risk management process throughout.
We will ensure pre-construction information is prepared, carry out competence checks of proposed designers and contractors and review pre-construction information. We will liaise with the principal contractor and designers during the construction phase to ensure the design risk management process is followed for any changes and that the information is being gathered for the health and safety file.
We also provide a range of other health and safety services to clients, including site audits and inspections, fire and other specialist risk assessments.
