Fulkers Bailey Russell have been providing Quantity Surveying and Clerk of Works services for Aequus on this fantastic scheme of 30 climate friendly and energy efficient new family homes. There will be eleven affordable homes, with eight allocated for social rent and three available for shared ownership. These homes will include solar panels, air source heat pumps, upgraded insulation, mechanical ventilation, recovery systems and a dedicated electric vehicle charging point. The combination of these measures will reduce emissions and cut energy bills by an estimated 70% when compared against similar average properties. The development will also benefit from a central public open space, biodiverse and resilient planting, and sustainable urban drainage.
