A landmark apartment tower in Vauxhall by Berkeley Group brand St George Central London Ltd. Located on a prominent bend of the River Thames, the Tower comprises 223 apartments over 51 storeys and is one of the most significant recent additions to London’s skyline, acting as an important marker at the focal point of views along the river.

Built on a brownfield site that had stood derelict for 40 years, the development benefits from excellent transport links and is the first of a number of planned towers along the Nine Elms corridor.

Under previous employment, our team managed the £8m substructure and piling packages, and carried out early cost plan exercises for the entire project.
