Fulkers Bailey Russell are delighted to share our first-ever Impact Report, a document reflecting our work in 2023 across the five pillars of B Corp: Customers, Governance, Community, Environmental and Workers.  

Highlights include: 
🌿 Tracking our carbon emissions and setting our net zero target for 2035 
🌿 Increased benefits with the roll out of new electric car scheme and healthcare
🌿 New policies for waste reduction and environmental impact
🌿 Our score cards for both EcoVadis and B-Corp demonstrating our commitment to both accreditations
🌿 Improvements in our governance processes, ensuring access to guidance and processes are in place with the inclusion of sustainability  
🌿 Roll out of charity days for all staff and the increased commitment to support local communities and charities with pro bono works 

At Fulkers we recognise that the industry we work in plays a large contribution to environmental impact, we understand that we are at the beginning of our B Corp UK journey, but we are focused on striving to improve and grow as a company to make a positive impact on our society and the environment we live in.
