Our colleagues and their wellbeing are incredibly important to us. We offer private health cover to all full-time staff from day one of service as a part of our benefits package. This includes access to mental health and wellbeing advice.

We also have several trained Mental Health First Aiders across our UK offices who are available listen to and support our colleagues regarding and any mental health related concerns in total confidence.
