Last month, before the shorter days and chillier weather kicked in, we had a day of sunshine for our annual summer conference, a great opportunity to bring our teams together from across the country. Huge thanks to everyone who worked hard to put this day together with team building activities, knowledge sharing and of course plenty of fun, finished off with cake to celebrate our 25^th year in business!

Our people and our culture are extremely important to us, and we wanted to say a huge thank you to each and every one of them for their hard work and commitment this past year.
