This month we’re delighted to celebrate a major milestone for Stephen Pokora, who marks 10 years with Fulkers Bailey Russell.

Stephen, an Associate Director and Chartered Architectural Technologist (MCIAT), has been instrumental in delivering some of our most complex and high-profile projects across education, healthcare, blue light, residential and heritage sectors. Over the last decade, he has consistently brought technical rigour, deep sector knowledge and an unwavering commitment to quality to every project he is involved in.

From leading BIM coordination on multi-million-pound school expansions and listed university buildings to delivering highly specialised adolescent learning environments – including the groundbreaking Orchardside School in Enfield – and major operational facilities such as the London Fire Brigade’s Logistics Centre, Stephen’s work has made a significant impact on our teams, our clients and the communities we serve.

His expertise in technical delivery, attention to detail, and ability to navigate complex regulatory and conservation challenges make him a trusted leader and colleague. Stephen’s calm, collaborative approach – paired with two decades of experience – sets a benchmark for excellence within Fulkers.
