As a Senior Building Surveyor, Dominick has played a pivotal role in delivering complex projects across the healthcare and government sectors. His expertise in design, specification and contract administration has helped bring to life important refurbishments and transformations, including:
? The refurbishment of Wisteria Ward at South West London & St George’s Mental Health NHS Trust, converting a Grade II building into a Children & Young Persons eating disorders ward.
? The Outpatients Refurbishment at Maudsley Hospital, including major upgrades and accessibility improvements.
? The conversion of office space into a new pharmacy at Maudsley Hospital.
? The London Ambulance Service’s Brentside Training Rooms, where he helped create a modern facility from an open-plan office.

Over the past five years, Dominick’s professionalism, technical insight, and dedication to client outcomes have made him an invaluable member of our team.
