Fulkers Bailey Russell provided consultancy services for the refurbishment and extension of the changing areas of Leicester Racecourse. Due to an increase in female jockeys, there was a requirement to increase the number of changing facilities and futureproof the potential demand, by having moveable partitions.

Existing facilities were refurbished and a new build extension was created providing a medical room, physio room, canteen and drug store. The project was successfully completed on time and within budget.
