The Fulkers Bailey Russell team (under previous employment) was involved in delivering a number of successful projects for American Express in London, Brighton and Rome; the latter being an £8m office fit-out.
In Brighton, the works for a £100m new-build headquarters – including a data centre – involved the excavation of a three-storey basement and construction of an eight-storey building with fit-out to Category B.
A £1.5m refurbishment of office areas was achieved in London, including the creation of breakout spaces; and a £25m refurbishment of existing offices which involved stripping back to shell and core, a new level atrium roof and removal of £1m worth of asbestos before fitting out. £1m of dilapidation works involved negotiations with the landlord as to what works were required.
