Celebrating a Major Milestone – Congratulations, Laura!

We’re thrilled to congratulate our HR Director Laura Noel Chartered FCIPD on achieving her Chartered Fellowship (FCIPD) – a significant and well-deserved recognition of her experience, leadership, and impact in the field of HR.

In Laura’s words:
“When I first started my HR journey, I used to look at people at this level and wonder if I’d ever be experienced enough to achieve it. But time flies – especially in HR – and I have the grey hairs to prove it!”

Her journey is a powerful reminder that experience, perseverance, and continuous learning are what shape a successful career in HR.

To those just starting out, Laura offers this advice:
“Push yourself to take risks, work hard, get involved in everything you can, and never be afraid to ask questions or make mistakes – that’s how we learn. Hard work always pays off.”
