Fulkers were appointed by Be First Regeneration Limited in the early months of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 to provide both Project Management and Cost Management services. This role required us to explore new, collaborative ways of working with the client and design team to bring an innovative and ambitious vision for modern industrial design to life – all while staying within the client’s budget.

We are thrilled that Industria has recently been awarded ‘Commercial Project of the Year’ at this year’s London Construction Awards. This revolutionary business space has been recognised as a beacon of modern industrial design, showcasing a forward-thinking, sustainable, and community-focused approach to urban development.
