We have our fingers crossed for Bath School of Art & Design, which is shortlisted for a RIBA South West Award, as well as for Pennington Street Warehouse and Kingston University’s Town House which are both on the shortlist for a RIBA London Award.

Bath School of Art & Design

Grimshaw’s design transformed the Grade II-listed former Herman Miller factory on Locksbrook Road into a fantastic new academic building for Bath Spa University and we are fortunate to have had the opportunity to help deliver the project.

Pennington Street Warehouse

A self designed workplace by and for JTP LLP, the Grade II listed warehouse in Wapping has been transformed into a flexible and sustainable studio.

Kingston University’s Town House

Situated on the University’s Penrhyn Road Campus, the new building provides additional study space, teaching studios for dance, space for events, a covered courtyard, two cafes and two roof gardens.
