As part of our commitment to staff learning and development, our HR Director, Laura Noel, hosted the first in a series of management training workshops yesterday.

Our managers came together from all over the UK for the session, which discussed managing people through the entire employee lifecycle, including providing a comprehensive induction, ensuring constructive two-way feedback, identifying when employees are struggling, knowing when and how to make an early intervention, and tackling difficult conversations.
