• £2.2m refurbishment of five medical research laboratories for a new medical school
• £1.5m refurbishment and alteration of St. Thomas House to create a new Clinical Skills Teaching department for surgeons, doctors and nurses studying at St. Thomas’s Hospital
• £135m master planning and study for KCL to assess their current and future student accommodation strategy, relating phased refurbishment works and new build projects to increase 1,200 beds to 1,500 over a five-year period.
