Fulkers Bailey Russell (Fulkers) worked with Greystar Europe on various refurbishments across their student housing portfolio within London. The refurbishments enhanced bedrooms and improved the image of the ‘Chapter’ brand whilst providing fresh accommodation ready for the new student intake/academic year.

​Locations for which Fulkers provided professional services include Wedgewood, Woodlands, Great Suffolk Street and King’s Cross.

These projects posed many logistical challenges which needed to be communicated amongst different stakeholders and many were delivered to extremely tight timescales whilst working within a live environment.
