Fulkers have embraced Mental Health Awareness Week — one stretch at a time 💚
From desk yoga to lunchtime walks to mindful moments, we’ve flexed, breathed, and maybe even balanced (briefly).
Thanks to everyone who joined in — proof that a little movement can do a lot of good.
Mental health matters every day — but this week has been a great reminder of the positive impact even small moments can have.
