Fulkers Bailey Russell (Fulkers) have been providing master planning support for the Winstanley and York Road regeneration developments, comprising up to 2,550 new mixed tenure homes, major new community infrastructure, leisure facilities, commercial space and extensive landscaping.

The scheme is a joint venture development between Taylor Wimpey and Wandsworth Borough Council.

Following our successful advice, Fulkers have been successful in being appointed to the framework to provide further services for the individual blocks.
